Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping!
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
We offer a flat shipping fee of $6 for all domestic orders. You also have the option of US Priority shipping for $10 and US Express (next-day) for $30. Please specify if you are requesting Priority, Express, or International when placing your order.
International shipping rates differ depending on destination country.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will apply to all orders shipping to Florida.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal payments.
Returns
We accept returns on all items except for sale items.
We will enclose an order form and instructions for returns with your purchase.
All returned items must be in the same condition as how it was received. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable. Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges if you are not satisfied with your item due to a gross misrepresentation. Exchanges must be postmarked within 20 days of receipt.
We include measurements, detailed descriptions and multiple photos of all items so as to ensure that you have an accurate picture of these items. We welcome any additional questions you may have on a particular item before purchasing it.
For exchanges, simply return your item and place a new order. Please indicate “Exchange” on the return form.
